三月的北京,春风骀荡,生意盎然。肩负全国各族人民的重托,“两会”代表、委员齐聚北京,共商国是。民之生计,成为“两会”热议的话题之一。在十一届全国人大一次会议上,温家宝总理所作的政府工作报告,字里行间释放出重视民生、改善民生的强烈讯息,体现了党和政府亲民、爱民、惠民的一贯作风,反映了广大人民的心声。改善民生需要强大的财力支撑。税收是国家财政收入的主要来源。税收怎样促进民生发展?税收如何促进社会的公平、公正,扶助社会弱势群体?八位来自税务系统的代表和委员畅谈了他们的思路和感想。
March in Beijing, spring breeze, full of business. Shouldering the trust of people of all ethnic groups across the country and representatives and members of the “two sessions” gathered in Beijing to discuss the issue of the state. The livelihood of the people has become one of the hot topics of the “two sessions”. At the first session of the 11th NPC, Premier Wen Jiabao’s report on the work of the government released a strong message of attaching importance to livelihood and improving people’s livelihood. It reflected the consistent style of pro-minded people, love the people, and benefiting the people of the party and the government and reflected the people’s Voice. Improving people’s livelihood requires strong financial support. Tax revenue is the main source of national revenue. How can tax revenue promote people’s livelihood development? How can tax revenue promote social fairness and justice, and help disadvantaged groups? Eight representatives and members from the taxation system talked about their ideas and feelings.
