一、社会转型机理 人类社会是一个高级复杂系统,具有多层次、多方面的结构。但不论如何复杂,社会系统却是由若干基本要素,即社会质、社会能、社会息所组成。它们分别指进入社会,与人相关的质、能、息。什么是质、能、息呢?质是具有一定时间和空间的客观实在,一般情况下表现为实物质料;能是事物运动的本领;息是事物之间的作用。质、能、息三者相互依存,相互转化,共存于客观事物之中。社会质包括人体、人工物质产品、与人发生联系的自然物体等。它是社会存在的基础。社会能当然包括社会物质能量,但更主要的是指社会运动的本领,它是社会发展的前提与标志。社会息,即社会事物间的作用,包括进入社会的自然信息、生物本能信息及人类特有的智能信息。在社会息中,智能信息是最高级的信息,起主导作用。这些信息体现了人与人之间、人与物之间的交流,伴随着交流,也就产生了相互间的作用。社会息是社会发展的源泉。

They refer to the quality, energy and interest of entering society and people respectively. What is quality, energy and interest? Quality is an objective reality with a certain time and space. Under normal circumstances, it manifests itself as a material substance. It can be a skill of things. Interest is the function of things. Quality, energy, interest and interdependence among the three, mutual transformation, coexist in the objective things. Social quality includes the human body, artifacts, natural objects that come into contact with people. It is the foundation of social existence. Of course, society can include social material energy, but more importantly refers to the ability of social movements. It is a prerequisite and a symbol of social development. Social interest, that is, the role of social things, includes the access to society’s natural information, biological instinct information and human-specific intelligent information. In the social information, intelligent information is the most advanced information, play a leading role. These messages embody the interpersonal and interpersonal communication. With the exchange, they also play a mutual role. Social interest is the source of social development.
