会计核算工作对企业的管理和决策活动具有十分重要的意义。在这项工作进行中会遇到四个经常发生的问题。它们分别是:基础工作落实不到位,内部管制机制不够健全,成本核算理念不够完善,信息化的全面性建设不够完善。提升单位的会计核算有效性有如下几种办法:一是全面建设基础工作的方案规范,二是加强内部管理,三是注重考核,更合理精确的预算成本,四是加强单位全面信息化建设的意识。
