2014年12月8日,福建省科技厅组织有关专家在福州对福建省农业科学院农业生物资源研究所承担的农业科技成果转化资金项目“龙眼微生物保鲜剂工程化技术及其示范应用”进行了验收。与会专家听取了项目组的汇报,审阅了相关资料,一致认为项目组全面完成合同任务指标,同意通过验收。项目组完成了龙眼微生物保鲜功能菌株-短短芽胞杆菌FJAT-0809-GLX发酵培养基的筛选、发酵条件优化、生产配方研究、生产工艺设计及中试生产等,实现了微生物菌
On December 8, 2014, the Fujian Provincial Department of Science and Technology organized relevant experts to carry out the project of transforming agricultural scientific and technological achievements and the project of “longan microbial preservative engineering technology and its demonstration application” in Fuzhou to the Institute of Agricultural Biological Resources of Fujian Academy of Agricultural Sciences Acceptance. The participating experts listened to the project team’s report, reviewed the relevant information, and agreed that the project team fully completed the contract task indicators and agreed to pass the inspection. The project team completed the screening of fermentation broth of B.subtilis FJAT-0809-GLX, the optimization of fermentation conditions, the research of production formula, the design of production technology and the production of pilot plant.
