He absorbed Freudianism and was good at applying Freudian psychoanalytic theory to his novels. This article attempts to peek into Shizhecun’s anxiety about the modern people under the Freudian sentiment through the interpretation of “Modao” in his masterpiece “The Meiyu Evening” and “Yasha” and “Hostel” The psychological process vividly demonstrated.
