目的探讨阿魏胶囊对大鼠血脂、小鼠微循环及血瘀模型大鼠血液流变学的影响。方法以高脂饮食建立高脂血症大鼠模型,将大鼠随机分为模型组,阿魏胶囊低、中、高剂量组,阳性对照组和对照组,给药5周后,测定胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)等指标。小鼠注射重酒石酸去甲肾上腺素(Adr),观察给予Adr前后8min小鼠耳廓微循环情况。大鼠给药12d,以高分子右旋糖酐建立大鼠血瘀证模型,测定血液流变学各项指标。结果阿魏胶囊可降低血清TC、TG、LDL-C,升高血HDL-C/TC值,与模型组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。阿魏胶囊中、高剂量组与模型组比较,A、V血管收缩率和毛细血管网交叉点减少明显降低(P<0.01、0.05)。阿魏胶囊能显著降低小鼠全血黏度和红细胞压积,与模型组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05、0.01)。结论阿魏胶囊能降低高脂血症大鼠的血脂水平,并对小鼠耳廓微循环和大鼠血液流变学有明显改善作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of capsule on hemorheology in rats with lipids, microcirculation and blood stasis in rats. Methods A rat model of hyperlipidemia was established by high-fat diet. The rats were randomly divided into model group, low, medium and high dosage of Weiwei capsules, positive control group and control group. After 5 weeks of administration, cholesterol TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C and so on. The mice were injected with norepinephrine (Adr) tartrate. The auricle microcirculation of mice was observed 8 minutes before and after Adr administration. After 12 days of administration, the rat model of blood stasis was established with dextran, and various indexes of hemorheology were determined. Results Ferulic capsule could reduce the levels of serum TC, TG, LDL-C and increase the level of HDL-C / TC in blood. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Compared with model group, the decrease of vasoconstriction and the intersection of capillaries in A and V capsules were significantly reduced in the middle-dose and high-dose groups (P <0.01, 0.05). Ewe capsule can significantly reduce the mouse whole blood viscosity and hematocrit, compared with the model group had significant differences (P <0.05,0.01). Conclusion The capsule can reduce blood lipid levels in hyperlipidemic rats and improve the auricle microcirculation and hemorrheology in mice.
