姜军烟台一亩海餐饮投资有限公司董事长烟台耕海牧渔餐饮管理有限公司董事长政协烟台市芝罘区委委员烟台市工商业联合会执委娴台市青年联合会委员烟台市烹饪餐饮行业协会常务理事2014年5月30日,一个阳光充足的上午,山东省烟台市国际博览中心,时任烟台市市长的孟凡利从中国烹饪协会法定代表人、常务副会长刘秀军的手中接过了“中国鲁菜之都”的牌匾。第24届中国厨师节开幕暨“中国鲁菜之都”授牌仪式,标志着烟台实现了从“鲁菜之乡”到“鲁菜之都”的跨越。就在大多数人都为此欢欣骄傲时,也有少数人在思考传统鲁菜的代表菜品到底是什么,传统鲁菜文化精髓又是什么。姜军,便是这少数人中的一份子。

The opening ceremony of the 24th China Chef Festival and the awarding ceremony of “China’s Shandong Cuisine Capital” marked that Yantai has realized its leap from “the land of Shandong cuisine” to “the capital of Shandong cuisine”. Just when most people are proud of this, there are a few people who are thinking about what the traditional dishes of Shandong Cuisine are and what is the essence of the traditional Shandong cuisine. Jiang Jun, is one of the few people.
