光敏核不育水稻营养生长期光温条件对育性转换条件的影响

光敏核不育水稻(PGMR)的研究已经进入逐步推广应用阶段。但是,现有不育系中,育性过关的不育系繁殖困难;繁殖容易的不育系,由于在长日下的不育性受育性转换下限温度的制约,其制种多少有些风险〔’〕。过去对PGMR育性转换光温条件的统计分析[2,’〕,或将营养生长期的光温条件与育性诱导期的光温条件混在一起进行研究[’1。已有研究表明,温度影响PGMR育性的敏感时期,釉型不育系为雌雄蕊分化期至花粉内容充实期[s];而梗型不育系为雌雄蕊分化期至花粉母细胞减数分裂期(此结果尚未发表)。但营养生长期的光温条件对PGMR育性转换的光温条件是否有影响,尚未见正式报导。然而,各稻区间、同一地点不同种植季节之间,前期光温条件是不同的。研究前期光温条件对育性转换的影响,对PGMR育性转换规律和PGMR不育系的合理利用有一定意义。l材料与方法第1期张自国等:光敏不育水稻营养生长期光温条件对育性转换条件的影响选用PGMR原始材料农垦585(晚粳稻型)和以农垦585为基因供体转育的63345(中梗稻型)、w6154:(早釉稻型对照)等不育材料,以牡丹江8号(早粳稻型)为常规稻对照。常温下育苗移栽后,设高温长日(日均温32℃,光照长度14小时,简写为32℃一14 hr下同)、高温短日(32℃一12hr)、低温长日(23℃一14hr)和低温短日(23oC一12hr)四个处理,待进入幼穗分化的第一次枝梗原基分化后,依发育进程先后, Photosensitive genic male sterile rice (PGMR) research has entered the phase of the gradual promotion and application.
