本文分析了上海第一医学院儿科医院及上海第一妇婴保健院的新生儿溶血症共9例,由Rh_o(D)因子引起的有5例,由rh″(E)因子及ABO因子引起的各2例,Rh_o(D)因子与rh″(E)因子溶血症的比例约3∶1与国外报道的97∶1相差很大,因此国内rh″(E)因子溶血症似较国外多见。新生儿溶血症多见于男性。母亲分娩史及生后一日内出现黄疸对诊断颇有帮助,但肯定诊断须靠血型及血清检查。9例中4例死亡,均未换血,3例经换血治疗后均生存,但其中1例由于换血过晚发生
