本文报告麦冬制剂合小剂量硫酸镁对狗实验性急性心肌梗塞的作用,结果表明:麦冬合用小剂量硫酸镁,可预防心肌梗塞后心律失常的发生;降低心肌耗氧量;增加心肌能量供给;限制心肌梗塞范围。值得在临床上进一步观察研究。
This paper reports the effect of Ophiopogon preparations combined with small doses of magnesium sulfate on experimental acute myocardial infarction in dogs. The results show that: Ophiopogon combined with small doses of magnesium sulfate can prevent the occurrence of arrhythmia after myocardial infarction; reduce myocardial oxygen consumption; increase myocardial energy Supply; limit the scope of myocardial infarction. It is worth further observation and study in clinical practice.
