我们曾证明,大白鼠侧脑室注射(ICV)CaCl_2,可明显加重静脉注射肾上腺素(IVAdr)诱发的心律失常,为了进一步探讨这一作用机制。本实验用家兔30只,随机分成3组。以肾交感传出神经放电,股动脉测血压,Ⅱ导联心电图作为观察指标。Iv Adr65~70μg/kg(1秒注完),在同一动物一小时后再进行 ICV,ICV30min 后,严格按照第一次的剂量和方法再次 IV Adr。三组动物 ICV 药物分别为:CaCl_2(80~100μg/8~10μl/
We have demonstrated that intracerebroventricular (ICV) CaCl 2 in rats can significantly increase intravenous adrenergic (IVAdr) induced arrhythmia, in order to further explore this mechanism of action. 30 rabbits in this experiment were randomly divided into 3 groups.
