我国的婚姻法与人们群众切身利益息息相关,在调整改善婚姻关系方面有着非常重要的作用、具有积极意义。在婚姻法最新的司法解释公布出台以后,有关法律条文在全社会中引起了巨大的反响与讨论。本文通过对该法律条文的解读,分析了新婚姻法内容的改革对社会的影响与意义。
The marriage law in our country is closely related to the vital interests of the people and plays a very important role in adjusting and improving the marital relations. It is of positive significance. After the promulgation of the latest judicial interpretation of the Marriage Law, the relevant legal provisions have aroused great repercussions and discussions in the whole society. Through the interpretation of the legal provisions, this article analyzes the impact and significance of the reform of the content of the new marriage on the society.
