针对海上复杂条件,结合朱家尖大桥工程,介绍了超长大直径钻孔灌注桩的施工技术。朱家尖大桥34~35号主墩桩基为6根Φ250cm钻孔灌注桩,桩长109m,进入弱风化岩层3m。主墩处水深浪大,平均水深12m,最大浪高在3m以上。桩位处地质复杂,要求投入的设备和施工材料数量大,且施工过程中要保证老桥的安全。经过选择机具、护筒导向、泥浆制备、精心制作安装钢筋笼等措施,安全、优质、高效的完成了桩基施工。
In view of the complex conditions at sea, combined with the construction of Zhujiajian Bridge, the construction technology of the extra long and large diameter bored piles was introduced. Zhujiajiao Bridge 34 to 35 main pier pile foundation 6 Φ250cm bored pile, pile length 109m, into the weathered rock 3m.
