手臂力量对网球运动员来说非常重要。本文通过对网球运动中手臂的发力肌群与手臂力量的发力原理进行分析,对网球运动员手臂训练方法加以综述。研究结果表明:(1)网球运动员手臂力量是以爆发力为主。(2)屈、伸、内收和外展肌群的力量是影响网球运动员持拍臂爆发力的主要因素。(3)网球运动员要发展上臂肌肉爆发力应结合力量与速度一起练习。
Arm strength is very important to tennis players. In this paper, the author analyzes the force principle of the muscular strength and arm strength of the arm in tennis and summarizes the training methods of the tennis player’s arm. The results show that: (1) tennis player arm strength is based on the explosive force. (2) The strength of the flexor, extension, adduction and abduction muscles is the main factor that affects the explosive force of the tennis player’s holding arm. (3) tennis players to develop upper arm muscle power should be combined with strength and speed practice.
