本组实验研究采用萤光素评定皮瓣动脉化后活力的方法在动物模型中用作评定肠管活力,并确定此指示剂的安全、可靠和准确性。资料和方法:萤光素是一种有机染料,当暴露在3600~4000A(埃氏单位)紫外光线下时,发出金绿色萤光。静脉注射该染料后,迅速在细胞外液中出现,且只进入有活力的细胞内,几分钟内可在组织中达到最高浓度,以后在24~36小时内有规则地从泌尿道排尽。注射萤光素后的病人,机体所有组织均被染色,致皮肤和尿均成深黄色。通过食物或药物摄取萤光素
