一思想特點 西北革大一部一期共有學員四三八人。文化程度:專科及大學二八六人(包括留學生二),佔百分之六五·二;高中(包括高師、高職)七八人佔百分之十七·八;其他七四人,佔百分之一六·九。出身:學生一六二人,佔百分之三七;敎員(大部是中學校長、敎員)一一八人,佔百分之二七;公務員(包括僞縣長、專員)一一二人,佔百分之二五·五;舊軍人(包括副旅長一人)二七人,佔百分之六;其他一九人:佔百分之四·三。一句話,他們絕大部分那是高級知識分子。他们思想有如下特點: 一、較濃厚的優越感:特別是高中以上同學,能上大學的,在舊社會已列入士大夫階級。因而有的就看不超工農,『看見他們那粗勁笨勁,就覺得討厭。』『才解放時見到解放軍幹部穿着家造鞋,土裏土氣,就瞧不起他們。』『萬二八千人中,才一個大學生』,就覺得『只有大學生是國家的棟樑,國家的主人翁。』
