广电的FTTH建设起步明显落后于电信运营商,尽管后者基于x PON的技术方案已经相当成熟,但如果广电完全照搬硬套,一则对广电已入户的同轴电缆资源和前期已投入的基于DOCSIS技术的设备是种浪费;二则电信和广电的业务毕竟有所区别,广电如果采用电信的x PON技术,势必要同时建设和维护广播和数据两张网。相对而言,作为广电行业最早部署、最为成熟的DOCSIS技术,结合RFo G技术实现FTTH可能会具有更大的竞争力,基于此,本文浅析了融合广电DOCSIS技术的FTTH接入方案。
Radio and television’s FTTH construction started significantly behind the telecom operators, although the latter based on x PON technology program has been quite mature, but if the radio and television copy the hard cover, a radio and television have been home to the coaxial cable resources and pre-invested DOCSIS-based equipment is a waste of electricity; two telecommunications and radio and television business after all, there are differences between the radio and television if the telecommunications x PON technology, it is bound to simultaneously build and maintain two networks of broadcast and data. Relatively speaking, as the earliest deployed DOCSIS technology in radio and television industry, combining with RFoG technology to achieve FTTH may be more competitive. Based on this, this paper analyzes the FTTH access scheme based on DOCSIS technology.
