以液压支架用的电液主控阀为研究对象,对其主阀芯进行了详细的流场模型建立,采用CFD方法对主阀芯内部流场进行了仿真分析,得到主阀芯内的流体压力、速度矢量与湍动能云图。发现主阀芯内的流场规律,为改进优化阀的性能提供了有利的依据。
Taking the electro-hydraulic main control valve for hydraulic support as the research object, a detailed flow field model was established for the main valve core. The CFD method was used to simulate the flow field in the main valve core, Pressure, velocity vector with turbulent kinetic cloud graph. It is found that the law of the flow field in the main spool provides a favorable basis for improving the performance of the optimized valve.
