用美国麻省理工学院研制的带摄、录、显像装置及微机控温的低温显微镜观察奶牛胚胎在低温保存过程中的形态变化。研究分析了不同降温、复温速率下奶牛胚胎内、外冰晶生成、融化过程及伴生的渗透现象,为提高奶牛胚胎低温保存过程的存活率提供理论依据及实验方法。
Morphological changes of cow embryos during cryopreservation were observed by using low temperature microscope with photographic, recording and imaging devices and computerized temperature control developed by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. The process of formation and thawing of ice crystals in and out of cow embryo under different cooling and rewarming rates was studied and the infiltration was accompanied. The theoretical basis and experimental methods were provided to improve the survival rate of cryopreservation embryos.
