根据国家有关标准,对某医院核医学工作场所进行验收监测与评价,并从辐射防护最优化角度提出放射防护建议。通过现场调查和监测,使用451P型加压电离室巡测仪及FH40G型X-γ射线剂量率监测仪对敏感区周围关键点进行剂量当量率监测,检测方法依据国家相关标准。结果显示,该场所周围剂量当量率监测结果可满足防护标准的要求。该场所人员年剂量符合《电离辐射防护与辐射源安全基本标准》GB18871-2002的要求,但管理制度不够完善,建议医院按验收报告的要求及时加以整改后再申请验收。
According to the relevant national standards, a hospital nuclear medicine workplace acceptance monitoring and evaluation, and from the perspective of radiation protection to put forward radiological protection recommendations. Through the field investigation and monitoring, the 451P pressurized ionization chamber tourimeter and the FH40G X-ray dose rate monitor were used to monitor the dose-equivalent rate of the key points around the sensitive area. The detection method was based on the relevant national standards. The results showed that the monitoring results of dose equivalence rate around this place can meet the requirements of protection standards. The annual dose of personnel in this place meets the requirements of GB18871-2002, “Basic Standard of Ionizing Radiation Protection and Safety of Radiation Sources”, but the management system is not perfect enough. It is suggested that the hospital apply for acceptance in time according to the requirements of acceptance report.
