首先对郭家川2#隧道大变形的特征及产生机理进行了全面分析,指出该隧道发生初期支护大变形的主要原因;进而在对现有隧道初期支护大变形常用处治方法(包括加固措施及侵界处治措施)进行综合分析比较的基础上,有针对性地提出了治理郭家川2#隧道初期支护大变形的加固方法及侵限处治措施,即地表封闭、洞内成环、侵界调坡的方案;为充分发挥围岩的自承自稳能力,提出了以柔克刚,以刚克柔,软岩硬进,硬岩软进的支护原则。实践证明,该方法在软弱破碎围岩条件及大变形处治过程中是行之有效的。
