在MnMoVTi系低合金高强度钢的研制中,提出了15MnMoVTi;25MnMoVTi;30MnMoVTi;35MnMoVTi;45MnMoVTi等五个钢号,经正火+回火处理后,强度分别达到55,65,75,85等几个公斤级别,并具有良好的综合性能。本文介绍了上述钢号的成份、性能及试验情况。并分析了钒钛元素在MnMoVTi系低合金高强度钢中的存在形态,颗粒大小,分布规律,以及对组织和性能的影响。
In the development of MnMoVTi low-alloy high strength steel, five steel grades of 15MnMoVTi; 25MnMoVTi; 30MnMoVTi; 35MnMoVTi; 45MnMoVTi were proposed. After normalizing and tempering, the strength reached 55, 65, 75, 85, A kilogram level, and has a good overall performance. This article describes the composition of the steel, performance and test conditions. The existing forms, particle size and distribution of vanadium and titanium in MnMoVTi low alloy high strength steel were analyzed. The effects of vanadium and titanium on microstructure and properties were also analyzed.
