社会上一部分企事业单位经常存在闲置门面对外租赁,然而门面租赁是企业管理比较薄弱的环节,存在法律、经济、安全等方面的风险。因此,门面租赁风险的分析与控制对企业极为必要。本文重点分析了门面租赁存在的风险,并提出了针对性的解决对策,对完善企业门面租赁管理,提高企业经济效益有着极其重要的意义。
Some enterprises and institutions in the society often have idle facades to lease out. However, facade leasing is a weak link in business management, and risks in law, economy and security are all existing in the society. Therefore, the risk analysis and control of the facade leasing is extremely necessary for the enterprise.
