我科自1986年3月以来,对33例48眼先天性婴幼儿型青光眼患儿施行了Schlemm’s 管小梁切开加切除术,疗效满意,现报告如下。临床资料本文33例48眼中,男27例,女6例,年龄3个月～7岁,术前最高眼压8.80KPa(66.23mmHg)角膜直径均大于12mm,前房深度均在3CT 以上。眼底视神经乳头均现色淡或苍白,血管呈屈膝状,生理凹陷均扩大(C/D 为0.6～0.9)。
Our department since March 1986, 33 cases of 48 cases of congenital infantile glaucoma in children with Schlemm’s trabeculectomy and excision, the results are satisfactory, are as follows. Clinical data 33 cases of 48 eyes, 27 males and 6 females, aged 3 months to 7 years, preoperative maximum intraocular pressure at 8.80KPa (66.23mmHg) corneal diameter greater than 12mm, anterior chamber depth in more than 3CT. Fundus optic disc were pale pale or pale, blood vessels were knee flexion, physiological depression were expanded (C / D of 0.6 to 0.9).
