以方形黄鼠蚤阿尔泰亚种(Citellophilus tesquorum altaicus)和七河亚种(C.t.dezty-suensis)为亲本进行了亚种间杂交试验。杂交组合包括正交、反交、F_1自交和回交四种。以第8腹板穗膜作为形态学观察指标。结果表明,以上两亚种之间可以杂交,并产生了具有繁殖力的后代。因此,亚种间不存在生殖隔离的理论在蚤类中亦得以验证。杂交后代第8腹板穗膜形态出现一系列中间型,说明该性状属多基因控制的数量性状,为解释自然界中存在的中间形态提供了参考。初步讨论了杂交试验在蚤类分类中的应用价值。
An intersubspecific cross experiment was conducted with Citellophilus tesquorum altaicus and C.t. dezty-suensis as parents. Hybrid combinations include orthogonal, anti-cross, F_1 self-back and back to four. The 8th web panicle was taken as morphological observation index. The results show that the above two subspecies can cross between, and produce fertile offspring. Therefore, the theory of the absence of reproductive segregation among subspecies has also been validated in fleas. A series of intermediate phenotypes appeared on the eighth web of the hybrids, indicating that the trait is a quantitative trait controlled by multiple genes, which provides a reference for explaining the intermediate forms existing in nature. This paper discussed the application value of hybridization test in the classification of fleas.
