面对越来越复杂和动荡的外部环境以及全球化、多样化带来的挑战,建言在知识经济时代对组织的作用日益显著。有关研究表明,企业通过实施有效的建言采纳行为(voice taking)可以使自身对环境快速作出反映,提高竞争力。本文在文献分析的基础上,讨论了建言采纳行为的内涵、测量以及相关理论,并在此基础上梳理了建言采纳行为相关实证研究框架,分析了建言采纳行为的前因变量和结果变量,以及其中介机制和边界,最后对未来研究方向进行了展望,以期为后续研究提供参考。
Faced with the increasingly complex and turbulent external environment and the challenges posed by globalization and diversification, the role of advice in the era of knowledge-based economy has become increasingly significant for organizations. Relevant research shows that enterprises can quickly respond to the environment and enhance their competitiveness by implementing effective voice acquisition. Based on the literature analysis, this paper discusses the connotation, measurement and related theories of Adoption Behavior, and on the basis of which it analyzes the Adoption Adoption Behavior-related empirical research framework, analyzes the antecedent variables and outcome variables of Adoption Adoption Behavior, Its intermediary mechanism and the boundary, and finally prospects the future research direction, in order to provide a reference for the follow-up study.
