Since ancient times, sculpture has been one of the forms of worship or mourning of power, and in the past three decades there has been a gradual emergence of new and more free forms of expression. New expressions and methods of creation use a wider range of modern technologies and applications and developments of new materials to make sculpture more artistically appealing than just propaganda and forms. The work of 52 contemporary artists at the 2000 Sculpture Exhibition in Paris will bring refreshing experiences to everyone.
