一九八四年九月二十日至二十五日,中国第二次世界大战史研究会在军事学院举行学术讨论会,着重研讨在第二次世界大战中战争初期的一些问题。参加会议的有军内外院校等十八个单位的四十多名同志。大家就苏德战争初期阶段的划分,苏德战争初期苏军失利的主客观原因及失利后的战略转变、二次大战初期各战场空军海军的使用等问题,认真地进行了学术交流。军事学院的张海麟等同志认为,苏联卫国战争初期的时间划分,以从一九四一年六月二十二日战争爆发到七月中旬,比较符合战争的客观实际。有的同志认为应该从战争爆发之日到十二月中旬,比较适宜大家认为,对这个问题有必要作深入探讨,以利于正确总结和借鉴苏联卫国战争初期的
From September 20 to August 25, 1984, the Seminar on the History of World War II in China held a seminar at the Military Academy to focus on some issues in the early days of the war in the Second World War. More than 40 comrades from 18 units including military academies and schools attended the conference. All of us conscientiously conducted academic exchanges on the division of the initial stage of the Soviet-German War, the subjective and objective reasons for the defeat of the Soviet Army during the Soviet-German War and the strategic change after the defeat and the use of naval air forces on various battlefields in the early stage of the Second World War. Zhang Hailin and other comrades at the Military Academy believe that the time division of the early period of the Patriotic War in the Soviet Union was in line with the actual objective of the war from the outbreak of the war on June 22, 1941 to mid-July. Some comrades think that it should be more appropriate from the day of the outbreak of war to mid-December. All of us think that it is necessary to conduct an in-depth discussion on this issue so as to facilitate the correct conclusion and drawing lessons from the initial stage of the Soviet Union’s Patriotic War
