用任意拉格朗日-欧拉(ALE)法模拟了MPC模块的二维定常可压缩湍流流场.以某一型号发动机的MPC排气系统为例,对仅支管进气及支管总管都进气两种情况获得了速度场和压力场,揭示了MPC模块三分支联接湍流流动特性,也为用ALE法模拟MPC模块三维流场奠定了基础.
The arbitrary 2D Lagrangian-Euler (ALE) method was used to simulate the two-dimensional steady and compressible turbulent flow field of the MPC module. Taking the MPC exhaust system of a certain type of engine as an example, the velocity field and pressure field are obtained for both the intake manifold with intake manifold and intake manifold only. The turbulent flow characteristics of the three-branch MPC module are also revealed. The three-dimensional flow field simulated by MPC module laid the foundation.
