文章对曲轴搬运系统采用了机电一体化的设计方案,使用带自锁功能的气缸实现了机械手对工件的抓放,利用伺服电机来实现机械手在水平、竖直方向快速精确的移动。采用S7-200系列PLC作为核心控制器,外扩定位模块EM253模块对伺服电机进行精确的定位控制。通过现场调试表明,该控制系统实现了曲轴搬运机械手的自动运行,提高了生产效率。
The article adopts the mechatronic design scheme to the crankshaft handling system. The cylinder with self-locking function achieves the grasping and releasing of the workpiece by the manipulator. The servomotor is used to realize the rapid and accurate movement of the manipulator in the horizontal and vertical directions. Using S7-200 series PLC as the core controller, external positioning module EM253 positioning servo motor for precise positioning control. Through on-site commissioning shows that the control system to achieve automatic crankshaft handling robot operation and improve production efficiency.
