目的:探讨视频宣教在心内科患者跌倒管理中的应用效果。方法:按实施视频宣教时间先后顺序,将2000名住院患者分为对照组和观察组。对照组只进行传统的防跌宣教法,观察组在防跌宣教基础上,加用防跌视频宣教法。比较两组患者跌倒发生比率与防跌倒知识、态度得分。结果:观察组跌倒发生比率显著低于对照组,防跌倒知识和态度得分优于对照组。结论:视频宣教在心内科应用,可减少心内科住院患者的跌倒发生比率,提高患者的防跌倒知识和态度认识。
Objective: To explore the effect of video missionary teaching in the fall management of cardiology patients. Methods: According to the implementation of video mission time sequence, 2000 inpatients were divided into control group and observation group. The control group only traditional anti-drop missionary method, the observation group based on anti-drop missionary, plus anti-drop video missionary law. The incidence of falls and the fall prevention knowledge and attitude scores were compared between the two groups. Results: The incidence of fall in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the scores of knowledge and attitudes toward falling prevention were superior to those of the control group. CONCLUSION: Video missionary teaching in cardiology can reduce the incidence of falls in hospitalized cardiologists and increase awareness of patients’ fall prevention knowledge and attitudes.
