随着社会经济的迅速发展,人民的生活水平越来越高,自然而然,人们对居民建筑的结构、空间以及质量的要求越来越高。由于传统墙的结构与框架把建筑的空间分割开来,不能满足现代人对居民建筑的要求。而高层居民建筑断肢结构墙的结构设计空间的布局科学合理,保障了建筑工程结构的质量、美观与位移,其空间的规划适应现代人的居住。在本文中,笔者根据自身的实践经验以及对高层民居建筑断肢结构墙的市场调研,对高层居民建筑断肢结构墙结构设计的要点进行深入的分析与探讨。
With the rapid social and economic development, people’s living standards are getting higher and higher. Naturally, people’s requirements for the structure, space and quality of residential buildings are getting higher and higher. Due to the traditional wall structure and the framework of the building space, can not meet the modern requirements of residential buildings. The structural layout of the high-rise residential structure with broken limbs is scientific and reasonable, which ensures the quality, aesthetics and displacement of the construction. The planning of its space adapts to the living of modern people. In this paper, based on my own practical experience and market research on the structure of high-rise residential buildings, we analyzed and discussed the main points of the structural design of the high-rise residential buildings.
