浙西南地区山岭连绵,沟壑纵横,溪流交错,天然落差大,水资源蕴藏丰富,有利于小水电综合开发利用。近年来在小水电发展政策引导下,丽水市境内的景宁县、庆元县都掀起了小水电建设热潮,小水电综合开发利用已成为县域经济的支柱产业。但大多数小水电站都存在装机容量不大,自动化水平不高,生产管理水平偏低,经济效益不显著的现状,如何降低生产成本,提高小水电站安全管理质量,也是职能部门和投资业主面临的一大难题。因此,通过计算机数字监控系统技术改造提高生产的安全性,降低运行成本,为小水电站的持续、稳定、安全、可靠运行创造良好的硬件支撑和技术保障。在庆元小水电站计算机数字监控系统技术改造过程中,不断加深了对计算机数字监控系统的认识,根据实际运行效果来说数字监控系统技术成熟、经济实、安全可靠,是水电站监控系统技术改造的优选方式。

Therefore, through the computer digital monitoring system technological innovation to improve the safety of production, reduce operating costs, for small hydropower station sustained, stable, safe and reliable operation to create a good hardware support and technical support. In the process of technological transformation of the computer digital monitoring system of Qingyuan Small Hydropower Station, we deepened our understanding of the computer digital monitoring system. According to the actual operating results, the digital monitoring system is mature, economical, safe and reliable, and is the technological transformation of the monitoring system of the hydropower station Preferred mode.
