记者在调查中发现,分层递进教学是“因材施教”原则的充分体现,许多初中学校的教育质量因此有了很大的提高。但总体来看,这种教学方式更适合在原先基础较为薄弱、学生个别差异明显的初中学校中开展,而采取这种教学方式,收益更多的还是学习比较困难的学生。分层递进教学对学习困难学生给予了比以前更多的关注,让他们在不断获得小步成功后,拥有进一步发展的信心和动力。
In the survey, the reporter found that the progressive teaching in stratification is a full reflection of the principle of “teaching according to their aptitude”, and the quality of education in many junior high schools has thus been greatly improved.
