近些年来,政府和社会各界不断对教育事业进行了大力投资,也逐渐重视教育事业在未来的发展,高校基建项目的规模在不断扩建,所以对工程质量的要求越来越高,与此同时,对管理水平的认知与提升也有了更高的期望。文章通过对基建管理模式的特点以及控制原则需求等进行探讨,希望对未来的高校基建管理提出更有利的实践价值。
