板下脱空是水泥路面的主要病害形式之一。由于脱空的隐蔽性,其判别需要借助于特殊设备,根据大量的PFWD实测弯沉数据,从统计学角度分析了水泥板各点弯沉之间的相关性,探讨路面脱空的发展演化规律。同时利用有限元软件ABAQUS对路面实体进行建模,分析在PFWD冲击荷载作用下不同脱空面积的路面弯沉响应,最终回归得到水泥混凝土路面脱空的弯沉评价指标,用于指导水泥混凝土路面脱空的快速判定。该技术手段在界阜蚌高速公路水泥路面试验段中实际运用效果良好,并推广至合六叶高速公路大顾店至叶集段水泥路面白加黑改建施工中。
