笔者共收治化脓性脑膜炎48例,其中23例应用静脉滴注人血丙种球蛋白治疗,取得了较好的效果,现总结如下。1 临床资料1.1 一般资料将48例随机分为治疗组与对照组。治疗组23例,年龄最小4天,最大2岁,平均8.6月,其中小于1岁19例;男14例,女9例;从发病到就诊时间为2天～15天,平均6.8天;病原菌:流感嗜血杆菌9例,肺炎双球菌7例,金黄色葡萄球菌4例,大肠杆菌3例。对照组25例,年龄最小5天,
