城乡环卫工作是一项服务城乡发展,事关城乡人居环境与城乡核心竞争力,践行精神文明与生态文明建设的重要窗口行业,随着我国新型城镇化进程的不断推进与城乡生态文明建设的新要求,以治水、治气、治垃圾为重要内容的城乡环境管理成效已经成为考验各级政府执政能力的重要标尺。因此,加强生态文明新时期、新要求下的环卫行业思想政治工作,为环卫行业转型升级和改革创新提供坚强的基石与力量源泉,显得尤为重要与紧迫。结合环卫基层管理岗位中的实践经验,本人认为在新形势下的环卫行业思想政治工作主要做好以下几方面工作:
