稳定平台(以下简称平台)能在其载体摇摆的情况下按一定技术要求保持某个固定位置,因而在许多工程中得到广泛应用。应用场合的不同,其本身及向它发送控制信号的设备在结构形式和精度要求上会存在一定的差异。本文介绍的是在某测量船上用于天文导航的一种平台。在中心计算机和数控装置的联合控制下,测量船在风浪中航行时,平台总能保持一个水平位置,以确保安装在上面的仪器能正常工作。文中除了对其中的数控装置功能作了简介外,着重阐述了用MIC—85单板机构成的数控装置的硬件逻辑及工作流程。
Stable platform (hereinafter referred to as the platform) in its carrier sway under certain technical requirements to maintain a fixed position, and thus has been widely used in many projects. This article describes a platform for astronomical navigation on a survey vessel. Under the joint control of a central computer and a numerical control device, the platform always maintains a horizontal position while the survey ship is navigating in the waves and waves to ensure that the instrument installed above can work normally. In addition to the introduction of the functions of the numerical control device, the hardware logic and workflow of the numerical control device with the MIC-85 single-board machine are emphatically described.
