采用工业CCD(charge coupled device)摄像机、图像采集卡、计算机等硬件设施搭建了一套基于CCD技术的石材大板表面廓形检测系统。该系统实现了非接触检测功能,解决了传统接触式石材表面廓形检测的问题。本系统首先由CCD摄像机采集石材大板图像,然后通过VC++编程软件并结合OpenCv机器视觉库实现图像的提取、处理、分析等过程,快速完成了石材大板表面廓形的检测。该系统为以后的石材大板优化处理、智能切割、工程板在线加工提供了一个基础平台。
A set of detection system of stone slab surface profile based on CCD technology was set up by using CCD (charge coupled device) camera, image acquisition card, computer and other hardware facilities. The system realizes the non-contact detection function and solves the problem of traditional contact stone profile detection. The system first collects the stone slab image by CCD camera, and then through the VC ++ programming software combined with the OpenCv machine vision library to realize the process of image extraction, processing, analysis and so on, quickly finishes the detection of the surface profile of the stone slab. The system for the future optimization of stone slabs, intelligent cutting, engineering board online processing provides a basic platform.
