通过借助三坐标测量仪和UG软件对某型钣金型液力变矩器的壳体模型进行造型和简化,借助FLUENT,MSC软件平台,结合三维流动理论对壳体疲劳寿命进行了仿真预测,进一步通过实验对壳体疲劳寿命做了研究分析并验证了仿真结果。结果表明:仿真结果与实验结果基本相符。压力循环次数在大约10万次以内时,壳体变形量基本成线性变化;泵轮和涡轮壳体在循环圆曲率变化最大部位和中心与轴套连接部位的寿命较小。
By modeling and simplifying the shell model of a plate-type torque converter with CMM and UG software, the fatigue life of the shell was simulated and predicted by using FLUENT and MSC software platform combined with three-dimensional flow theory. The fatigue life of the shell was further studied through experiments and the simulation results were verified. The results show that the simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results. When the number of pressure cycles is within about 100,000 times, the deformation of the shell changes linearly. The life of the impeller and the shell of the turbine in the area where the circular curvature changes and the connection between the center and the shell is small.
