以棉花核不育系NA为母本、中1-2为父本,父母本以1∶4比例种植,在网室内采用熊蜂传粉进行杂交制种,并以人工授粉为对照,研究了熊蜂传粉对种子产量、质量和成本的影响。结果表明,在网室熊蜂辅助传粉时,不育系母本的平均株高、果枝数、单株结铃数分别比对照高5.6 cm、1.5个、1.0个,种子和皮棉产量分别比对照低38.5%和47.7%,但每年用工费可节省5.5万元/hm2。由于第一年采用熊蜂辅助传粉,种子和皮棉产量都显著降低,但用工成本显著减少,有待下一年继续研究。
