Harmonious relationship between teachers and students is a prerequisite for the smooth running of education. The result of teaching is the result of the joint efforts of teachers and students. The teacher in charge of class is the link and bridge of coordinating the relationship between teachers and students. The class teacher and other teachers should complement each other and work together to create a good and progressive class.
