机载电子设备对抗冲击振动具有较高的要求,既要保证足够的结构强度,又要尽量降低设备的重量。利用solidworks建模软件建立结构系统模型,通过ANSYS有限元分析软件对机载电子设备进行动力学仿真分析,得到模块的固有频率和振型。在此基础上对模块进行随机振动分析,得到模块的等效应力云图,以上述数据模型为基础,对机载电子设备结构设计进行优化。
Airborne electronic equipment has high requirements against shock and vibration, it is necessary to ensure adequate structural strength, but also to minimize the weight of the device. The solidworks modeling software is used to establish the structural system model. The ANSYS finite element analysis software is used to analyze the dynamics of the onboard electronic equipment, and the natural frequency and mode shape of the module are obtained. On this basis, the module is subjected to random vibration analysis and the equivalent stress cloud of the module is obtained. Based on the above data model, the structural design of airborne electronic equipment is optimized.
