In particular, the developing countries such as China, which have boosted their GDP growth through exports, have been exacerbated. With the advent of “post-crisis era”, China’s foreign trade has begun to show a recovery-oriented growth trend. This article explores the countermeasures to promote the development of Heilongjiang’s trade with Russia in the post-crisis era so as to promote a better and faster development of China’s foreign trade.
