医院要建立骨科无痛病房护理工作模式,提高护士的疼痛管理理念,使得患者得到无痛的服务。建立这种工作模式主要要明确工作职责,加强工作人员的培训,培训之后要对培训人员进行及时的考核,制定相应的规章制度,加强疼痛的教育,并且进行及时的总结。骨科无痛工作模式建立之后,在疼痛评估中、疼痛一般知识、药物阵痛知识和疼痛知识方面的得分都高出了这种模式建立之前。这种工作模式建立之后,实施无痛病房管理之后,患者在接受调查的时间有了明显的减少,手术的疼痛严重程度控制在5分钟之内;患者进行评分时,在疼痛照顾、治疗方式和止痛效果上的分数也都有了明显的提高,都在4分之上。这种工作模式建立之后,病房以患者为中心,对疼痛进行规范化的管理,这种方式的管理提高了护士疼痛管理基础和相关的专业技能,同时也提高了患者的疼痛控制质量,对患者进行无痛护理服务。
