为了真实反应铸件凝固数值模拟的过程, 研究了在微机上用图形工业标准OpenGL 显示凝固模拟过程的原理和方法。通过创建OpenGL 的通用几何体正交立方体, 利用OpenGL 的色彩模式RGBA 和自动插值方法, 以及OpenGL 的各种变换, 准确逼真地从各个角度和切面位置反应了铸件凝固过程的各变量( 如温度等) 在三维空间中的分布。为铸造缺陷预测和工艺方案优化奠定了基础。
In order to truly reflect the process of numerical simulation of casting solidification, the principle and method of displaying the solidification simulation process by using the graphic industry standard OpenGL on a microcomputer are studied.
