首先提出企业技术创新绩效评价的指标体系,然后运用DEA方法从综合有效性、技术有效性和规模收益等三方面对对全国30个省(市、区)的大中型工业企业创新的绩效进行实证分析,并进行影子价格分析和决策单元在DEA相对有效面上的投影分析,并在此基础上提出相应对策。
