综述了利用可再生生物质资源制备5-羟基甲基呋喃甲醛(5-HMF)的方法和研究进展。5-HMF作为一种重要的平台化合物,经转化能形成多种活性高分子单体,如乙酰丙酸、2,5-呋喃二甲酸、呋喃类树脂前驱体等,一般用于聚酯材料、表面活性剂、涂料、香料的合成。本文着眼于目前实验室用于制备5-HMF的方法及存在的问题,通过对比单相体系、两相体系以及其它体系中各种5-HMF制备方法的优缺点,讨论了不同反应转化条件对5-HMF产率与选择性的影响,并对未来工业化的方向和前景进行了预测。
The methods and research progress of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural (5-HMF) using renewable biomass resources are reviewed. As an important platform compound, 5-HMF can be transformed to form a variety of active macromonomers, such as levulinic acid, 2,5-furandicarboxylic acid, furan resin precursors and the like, which are generally used in polyester materials, Surfactants, coatings, spices synthesis. In this paper, we focus on the current laboratory methods for the preparation of 5-HMF and the existing problems. By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of various 5-HMF preparation methods in single-phase systems, two-phase systems and other systems, 5-HMF productivity and selectivity, and predict the future direction and prospects of industrialization.
