由于人口老龄化和社会的发展,伴随着人们就医意识的增强,盆腔器官脱垂(pelvic organ Prolapse,POP)受到越来越多的关注。随着妇科泌尿学的发展,仅靠妇科检查已不能满足临床的需要,各种影像技术已经逐渐应用于妇科泌尿学中:盆腔器官的各类造影与计算机X线体层扫描术(computed tomography,CT)因辐射等原因,在POP中的应用受到限制;而超声虽有一定的应用,但因其对操作者依赖性过强等原因,也在POP的应用中受到相对限制;磁共振成像(magnetic resonance imaging,MRI)因对软组织分辨力高,能同时显示盆底三个部位,且可以在同一时间显示盆腔器官和支持肌肉等优点,在POP中的应用
